In general, hydraulic filters are composed of a cartridge, and an inner perforated steel tube, which sustains it during the oil, air and fuels filtration.
Since 1995, Eurotubi has been producing top quality perforated steel tubes for hydraulic filters construction as fundamental support to the cartridge. Our tubes are available both in 6-meter raw bars, and as finished products, cut to size and hot-dip galvanized or nickel-plated.

Burr-free holes
WE CAN PRODUCE PERFORATED TUBES WITHOUT BURRS ON THE PERFORATIONS
Anyone who produces filters knows how important it is to prevent worn out burrs from splitting off and damaging the engines in which the filters are installed.
Eurotubi has developed a production process in which the strips are brushed before welding. This makes it possible to remove all burrs left stuck to the holes.
Drilling

Standard holes are in great demand. However, only few companies can develop tailor-made holes for non-standard hydraulic filters.

Finishing
SURFACE FINISHING ON REQUEST
Normally, hydraulic filter producers use carbon steel tubes that must be treated before use. By doing so, they incur additional costs and time-consuming processes.
Eurotubi provides you with a finished and hot-galvanized product. We produce both raw bars, which require subsequent processing, and nickel-plated or hot-dip galvanized finished pieces. Give us a try and you will get everything you need from a single supplier!
Stainless steel tubes
STAINLESS STEEL TUBES - FOR THOSE LOOKING FOR MORE
Some hydraulic filter manufacturers are increasingly demanding perforated stainless steel tubes. However, on the market they normally find carbon steel products.
Eurotubi is committed to supporting these producers by supplying a wide range of super thin stainless steel tubes. We can supply perforated stainless steel tubes according to the following norms: AISI 304 – AISI 409 – AISI 319.

Nowadays, the quality of raw materials and the need to provide more and more safety are increasingly relevant. However, many suppliers don’t have a tracking system, or they aren’t able to perform raw material’s analysis.
Thanks to the new MES system, Eurotubi is able to digitally manage all the production stages and guarantee the complete tracking of its products, from the check in of raw materials to the shipment of the finished tube. To us, tracking means safety and production enhancement.

Eurotubi uses only tested raw materials, in compliance with the requirements of the sector, and it provides the respective products certifications. In our laboratory we perform: dimensional checks; chemical analysis of raw materials by spectrometer, analysis of surface quality; tensile tests and burst test and hardness measurement by durometer. It’s a matter of absolute safety!
