Perforated Stainless Steel Tubes
Eurotubi produces perforated stainless steel tubes with diameters ranging from Ø60 to Ø154 mm and thicknesses from 0.8 to 2.0 mm.
We offer several standard perforation patterns at 60° – including F4 P8, F3 P5, and F3 P6 – as well as a wide range of customized solutions designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers. The table below provides an overview of the main available configurations.
Our perforated tubes are designed for applications where performance, strength, and cleanliness are essential. They are used in high-performance automotive exhaust systems, premium mufflers, filters intended for contact with food products, chemical or pharmaceutical plants, and more generally in all applications requiring a high-quality and hygienic material such as stainless steel.
Production is carried out in compliance with the main reference standards EN 10296-2 and ASTM A554, using top-quality stainless steel strips. This ensures excellent dimensional consistency and a significant reduction in burr formation during punching, minimizing the risk of metallic particle release. For perforated tubes as well, we offer additional processing such as cut-to-size, specific surface finishes, customized perforation configurations, and further processes upon request. Thanks to our flexibility, we are able to support customers in developing both standard and highly specialized solutions.
