Eurotubi Produces Welded Stainless Steel Tubes In Cold-Rolled And Hot-Rolled, Pickled Finishes.
All our stainless steel tubes are high-precision welded and manufactured in compliance with the following standards:
• UNI EN 10296-2 – Welded stainless steel tubes for mechanical and engineering applications, with steel grades equivalent to ASTM A554.
• UNI EN ISO 10217-7 – Welded stainless steel tubes for pressure applications, with steel grades equivalent to ASTM A312 (Welded).
We exclusively use high-quality stainless steels from the best steel mills. This ensures excellent mechanical properties, such as yield strength, tensile strength, and guaranteed minimum elongation.
The excellent formability and workability characteristics allow us to reduce the weight of finished products while maintaining resistance, durability, and precision of details.

TYPES OF SURFACE FINISHES
Stainless steel surface finishes are mainly divided into two categories: finishes obtained through cold rolling and finishes obtained through hot rolling.
Cold Rolling
Performed at room temperature, it provides smoother surfaces and better dimensional accuracy.
• 2B finish: Smooth, matte, and slightly reflective surface. Used in medical equipment, kitchen utensils, and the food industry.
• BA (Bright Annealed) finish: Highly reflective and polished surface. Used in catering equipment, household appliances, and decorative elements.
Cold rolled, annealed, pickled, and skin-passed
AISI: 2B ASTM
A480: 2B
Surface condition: Smooth +
Notes: Most common finish. Ensures good corrosion resistance, smoothness, and flatness
Cold rolled, bright annealed, and lightly skin-passed
AISI: BA
ASTM A480: 2R
Surface condition: Smooth, bright, reflective
Notes: Smoother and brighter than 2B
Hot Rolling
Performed at high temperatures, it produces a rougher surface compared to cold rolling.
• Finish 1: Rough surface, mainly used in industrial applications where aesthetics are not a priority.
For specific requirements, customized finishes can be considered.

ASTM A480: 1D
Surface condition: Scale-free surface
Notes: Standard used to ensure good corrosion resistance.
