The heart of the technology: steel calorization
To ensure superior performance, our radiant tubes undergo a thermal treatment known as calorization, which makes them resistant up to 750°C. During this process, the surface of the tube transforms through the formation of a homogeneous iron-aluminum (Fe-Al) layer, creating a self-protective barrier against oxidation and corrosion.
The result is an aluminized steel tube with a radiant efficiency of up to 0.90 – ideal for high-performance gas heating systems. Thanks to our specialized oven, every phase of the process is carried out internally, allowing us to maintain full control over product quality and performance.

The entire production process – from raw material to finished tube – is patented (No. 0001426013) and carried out entirely within our facilities. This enables us to monitor every step with precision and ensure consistent, certified quality standards.
