2025 kicked off with a burst of energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to connect. At Eurotubi, we’ve always believed in the value of teamwork, and this year we decided to take that spirit outside the office – into nature, onto the sand… and onto the playing field!
A unique experience in Val di Sole
On the occasion of our 30th anniversary, we decided to organize our first Team Building experience, which took us to the beautiful setting of Trentino-Alto Adige, specifically to the stunning Val di Sole. For a few days, we left our desks behind to immerse ourselves in a breathtaking landscape, rediscovering the joy of simple things: cooking together, walking through the woods, playing outdoors, and sharing stories and laughter around a table.
The main goal of this project was to strengthen cohesion and collaboration among participants, helping them to develop greater awareness of group dynamics and communication methods within the company. Through an engaging and structured experience, we wanted to offer our employees the opportunity to experience firsthand the value of teamwork, effective organization, and shared leadership.
Thanks to the support of Ursus Adventures and Learning Experience LX, who guided us every step of the way, it was an authentic and emotional journey. A chance to build stronger bonds, get to know each other better, and create memories that we will carry with us for a long time.
Company Tournaments: Five-a-Side Football and Beach Volley
Riding the wave of enthusiasm and the spirit of togetherness that was created, last week we organized another day dedicated to sports, fun, and team spirit with our company tournaments in five-a-side football and beach volleyball. It was a great opportunity to step outside the daily routine, get to know each other better and – most importantly – strengthen those key skills that are just as valuable at our desks: collaboration, communication, and mutual trust.
The two tournaments were the perfect chance to experience true teamwork in a fun, dynamic, and engaging setting. The playing field became a place of collaboration, smiles, and, of course, healthy competition. Colleagues from different departments got to know each other better, hierarchies faded into the background, and participants strengthened their sense of belonging to the company and mutual trust – essential ingredients for any winning team, both on the field and in the workplace.
