INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EU REGULATION 679/2016

The Data Controller informs you regarding the processing of personal data collected through newsletter subscription forms on company websites.

Data subjects: Newsletter subscription applicants

Purposes of the processing: your data will be processed for the following purposes on the basis of the relevant legal bases:

Purpose

Sending communications via newsletters, telephone messaging services and paper mail to keep you updated on the development of new products, promotions, services and/or events organised by us.

Legal basis

The processing is necessary for the execution of a request by the data subject.

In no way will an automated decision-making process (profiling) be applied to your personal data.

Categories of personal data processed: for the above-mentioned purposes it is necessary to process:

  • Common identification and contact data;
  • Data relating to the performance of the economic activities of the data subject.

Processing modalities

The personal data collected will be processed mainly with:

  • company computer systems and paper archives, in compliance with the Security Measures provided for in Article 32 of the GDPR;
  • personal data will be processed by persons appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 29 of the GDPR.

Communication of personal data

Personal data may be communicated to:

  • Platforms that provide DEM services for sending newsletters;
  • External parties that provide support services relating to the company’s IT infrastructure;
  • Forwarding agents, transporters, logistics companies, Post Office, etc.

The Subjects mentioned above have been expressly appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR or process the data as autonomous data controllers.

Transmission of personal data: Personal data will not be transmitted in any way.

Transfer of data to third countries: Personal data is processed within the European Union and stored on servers located there. In any case, the Data Controller assures as of now that any transfer of data to non-EU countries will take place in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

the data will be kept on our mailing list until you request deletion using the appropriate function in the body of the email, alternatively you must request deletion by writing an email to the contact address.

Rights of the data subject: pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject may request from the Data Controller the exercise of the right of access, rectification, erasure (oblivion), restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent.
